Biography
Flavia Franceschini has a background in biotechnology and medical biotechnology, with both degrees obtained at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Her research with the group concerned the biological effects of low-intensity focused ultrasound. She also contributed to work on the ex vivo localisation of implantable microdevices in brain tissue, combining three-dimensional imaging with histological methods within the CROSSBRAIN project.
