Biography
Marco Micali is a doctoral researcher in Medical-Surgical Biotechnologies and Translational Medicine at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. His work in the TheraFUS laboratory investigates low-intensity focused ultrasound for myelin repair in experimental models of demyelination. He combines acoustic stimulation with X-ray imaging and histological analysis to quantify acoustic bioeffects and myelin changes. He holds degrees in Biomedical Laboratory Techniques and Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology from the University of Palermo.
